The Western Digital project included complex site-work. The scope consisted of a steel structure canopy, seat walls, planters, and sidewalks. The seat walls, sidewalks, and planters had a sandblast finish and a challenging layout. All construction occurred while the facility was fully operational and occupied.

Since the Western Digital facility could not support any utility shutdown, the Bradley team worked with XL early on to plan the sequencing and schedule accordingly. In the end, the project was completed on-time with no impact to Western Digital’s production.

Scott Bradley Director of Preconstruction

Lon has more than 30 years of experience in commercial concrete construction.

Andrew Momb Vice President of Project Operations

Andrew provides executive oversight during preconstruction, making sure that Bradley is adding value at every step in the process. He ensures that Bradley’s on-site management team has all the resources to successfully deliver projects.

Neil Netzer President

Neil provides executive leadership and oversight of projects from preconstruction through completion. His primary responsibility is to ensure that each project team has adequate resources and is working with a successful plan to ensure client satisfaction. Neil has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
