The project consists of seven hangar slabs and a terminal building totaling approximately 300,000 s.f. The slabs were spec’d out as Flat FF50, with fiber mesh reinforcement and hard trowel finish. Due to critical dates regarding the Super Bowl, Bradley was able to turn over the slabs to the GC in an adequate timeframe to finish before the teams arrived. everyone was pleased with the aesthetics and flatness of the slabs.

Scott Bradley Director of Preconstruction

Scott is responsible for cost estimating, cost management, cost studies on materials and methods of construction, and value engineering. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in concrete construction estimating and project management.

Lon Bradley Vice President Field Operations

Lon is responsible for coordinating manpower, including superintendents, foremen, apprentices, laborers and equipment operators. He oversees all field operations, ensuring that projects are executed safely and completed within schedule and budget requirements. Lon has more than 30 years of experience in commercial concrete construction.

Andrew Momb Vice President of Project Operations

Andrew provides executive oversight during preconstruction, making sure that Bradley is adding value at every step in the process. He ensures that Bradley’s on-site management team has all the resources to successfully deliver projects.

Neil Netzer President

Neil provides executive leadership and oversight of projects from preconstruction through completion. His primary responsibility is to ensure that each project team has adequate resources and is working with a successful plan to ensure client satisfaction. Neil has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
