New Sanctuary at River of Live

The new sanctuary at The River of Life Christian Church is a concrete tilt-up structure. The project scope includes 28,600 s.f. of slab on grade and pan deck roof, stadium seating, stage slab wall, noise isolating insulation on the roof, and site-work. There are 11 concrete tilt-up panels ranging from 107,000 to 210,000 pounds each, totaling 2,130,000 pounds of panels that were lifted.

Challenges & Solutions

Because the project is so close to the San Jose International Airport, we had to get a permit from the Federal Aviation Administration for a large enough crane to lift the 47.25-foot tall concrete panels. This required extensive coordination between Bradley’s Safety Manager and Bigge Crane.

Andrew provides executive oversight during preconstruction, making sure that Bradley is adding value at every step in the process. He ensures that Bradley’s on-site management team has all the resources to successfully deliver projects.

Neil Netzer President

Neil provides executive leadership and oversight of projects from preconstruction through completion. His primary responsibility is to ensure that each project team has adequate resources and is working with a successful plan to ensure client satisfaction. Neil has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
