Delta America

This LEED Platinum-targeted headquarters complex project for Delta America includes the construction of a new 45,000 s.f. tilt-up warehouse and a three-story 127,000 s.f. office building. We were able to team up with Vance Brown Builders to implement preconstruction. Our strategy included splitting up the scopes amongst ourselves and working collaboratively to construct the complex structure, involving multiple elements such as tilt up and red iron. Our partnership with Vance Brown encompassed preconstruction efforts to get within budget. Our scope split-up proved successful and we were able to work seamlessly with the GC to turn over a memorable project.
