Bradley provided comprehensive site concrete services for the pedestrian- and bicycle-friendly site redevelopment of Sunnyvale’s first mass timber project. The scope of work included the installation of 18,000 s.f. of new sidewalk and 7,000 linear feet (l.f.) of vertical curb. Additionally, the team constructed an external drive approach, a foundation and slab for a new trash enclosure, and new flow-through planter retention walls and footings. The project also featured bollards, bike racks, and colored concrete to enhance the appearance of the arrival plaza and courtyard.
