Prologis’ existing, single-story industrial warehouse was renovated to create a new truck court and add office space while reducing the building’s overall embodied emissions. Bradley used a low-carbon concrete mix for 60 tilt-up panels and a new foundation, reusing about 65% of the building’s existing concrete. Our team also installed 260,000 s.f. of optimized slab-on-grade with high-performance concrete, reducing slab thickness from nine to six inches.
