Lon has 40 years of expertise in coordinating and managing successful teams of various sizes and complexities. He oversees client relationships and all field operations, so projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within schedule and budget requirements.
Dedicated to team development and client relationships, Andrew leverages his exceptional leadership skills and visionary thinking for strategic direction and success. He ensures that all aspects of projects are executed with efficiency and exceptional quality.
Neil provides executive leadership and oversight of projects from preconstruction through completion. His primary responsibility is to ensure that each project team has adequate resources and is working with a successful plan to ensure client satisfaction.
